We run most of our fundraisers for 3 weeks with 1 additional week for the schools to wrap up late orders and money coming in.
We provide the resource BKCustomerCare.com for customers to reach out 24/7 if they are missing an item or if an item was damaged in the delivery process. If something is missing or damaged we will get you taken care of as quickly as possible!
During your sale we also have our customer service lines open for you to talk to a member of our team from 8:00-5:00 Monday-Friday central standard time from August 1st - December 20th.
During the spring selling season we have reduced hours for our teams, customer service lines are open from 8:00-4:00 Tuesday-Thursday and 8:00-12:00 on Fridays central standard time from January 15th - June 15th.
For Brochure/Online Sales all prizes are delivered on product delivery day already packed with student orders for easy distribution.
For In-Hand Sales all prizes are delivered 2 weeks after the school wraps up the sale. All prizes are sorted by student, grade and teacher for easy distribution.
A lot of our schools run our Brochure/Online sales in the fall (August/September/October) and run one of our In-Hand sales in the spring (Jan/Feb) for maximum results.
Schools make 75% profit on Donations and 40% profit on all products.
